Organized by Fidia Advisors, LLC, a boutique corporate development firm, this group offers professional services to churches through Fidia as well as through group members’ own firms, depending on the nature of the engagement. For example, the Church Merger ToolKit and most merger consulting services are offered directly through Fidia, while services that require specialized licensing (legal, architectural, construction, etc.) are contracted for separately.
